  Parking was a nightmare to get to the cinema but the cinema was comfy once we got parked and settled.

  Gem of a cinema Amazing service Really friend staff, clean seats and good food. I appreciated how they layered my sweet/salty popcorn across 6 layers to get that perfect balance.

  Beginning to look a bit tatty. Most of the toilets downstairs are broken, one out of order, one with no lock. One handsome dispenser broken, the other had no soap in it. Don't buy the tots unless you are a fan of soggy potatoes. Cinema itself is fine.

  I went to this cinema and watched one film, but I didn’t like it so left during the performance and went to the counter to ask about getting a ticket to another film as ‘California Scheming’ was on and I fancied watching that. The app wouldn’t let me do it as there was less than 90 minutes between showings, so I wanted to ask. This happened at around 8:50pm. There was an Asian lady serving and a supervisor present. The lady was serving alcohol, but the supervisor just stood there, not offering to help me or even enquire what I was wanting to talk about. All he talked about was wanting to fix a chair before he then disappeared, despite that he saw me waiting several times. The Asian lady then finished serving her customer, but then she continued ignore me too, despite being in her eyeline. Her staff member, who was sweeping the foyer, didn’t try to alert her that she was ignoring me (and she could see me). I waited several minutes, but after being consistently ignored, I gave up, but what made it even worse was that mere seconds after I left, someone else came along and was served by the Asian lady within seconds. Absolutely abysmal service.
